Who we are

Pristine Landscape Services was founded in 2021, when Daniel’s entrepreneurship determination led him to venture into the landscape industry on his own to establish and build a business he could be proud of. With years of experience working in the green industry, he has committed himself, along with his team, to serving his own clients with the best practices, standards, workmanship, and relationships that can be found in the industry.


In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife, Bradleigh, and his two adorable children. He attributes his success in his career to his family, who drives and pushes him to be and do the best he can, every day!

Daniel Neal - Owner

DJ Slagle - Business Developer

During the young start of the company, Daniel was able to introduce DJ into the company to be his right hand man working in the field beside him to complete larger and more intensive projects. As time progressed and the business began to move forward, DJ has stepped into building the business to where it currently sits today, by building commercial client relations, vendor communications, and all things within the duties of the office.

When DJ is not working, he enjoys taking road trip adventures and loves participating in adult soccer and bowling leagues. If he isn’t out and about though, he is usually relaxing at home watching some type of sporting event.

Brett Borst - Sales Manager

Since joining the company in the fall of 2023, Brett has progressed from being a member of the hardscape team, to now transitioning into being the face of our sales operations. His previous experience working in sales as well as working for a fertilization conglomerate has provided a lot of useful insight into not only selling, but providing a customer experience that is niche to each client we work with.

Brett loves spending time with his wife Miranda, his two sons, and his two dogs. If he is not with them, he enjoys spending time in his garage working on various different projects along with working on his car.

The famous words “On time - On budget” apply here as nobody likes losing money. As much as efficiency has to do with being profitable, it also relates very much to the schedule set with our clients and meeting deadlines set by either party.

We want to be one of the best companies period. To be a leading example in the green industry, we are very adamant in continuing our education every day, so that we can practice and provide industry standards on every project. The knowledge gained through training allows us to pass that information to current and future employees, ensuring quality and efficient finishes to all projects.

Professionalism

This directly coincides with Leadership. Being respectful and concise when interacting with a client is always a must, however, to be an industry leader we must obtain the correct knowledge to pass along to our clients to allow them to have the trust in us necessary to bring their project to completion. Sharing any knowledge we have not only makes us capable, but it shows we truly care for our craft.

Safety

We saved the most important for last, as it is always first on our minds. What we do for a living can be very dangerous at times and requires us to use the utmost caution. Everyone wants to make it home to their families every night, and being safe on the job site is the best and only way to make sure that happens.
